1. Shipping
- Orders are dispatched twice weekly
- Local delivery: Same-day delivery (where applicable) using temperature-controlled packaging
- Nationwide shipping: Overnight delivery to Cape Town and major areas
2. Cold Chain Disclaimer
Products are shipped in polystyrene cooler boxes with ice packs.
Once delivered:
- Responsibility transfers to the customer
- Immediate refrigeration is required
3. Delivery Fee
- Flat rate: R150 per delivery
4. Payment
We accept:
- Online payments via secure gateways
- Payment must be received before dispatch
5. Failed Deliveries
