RETURNS & REFUND POLICY

1. Nature of Product

Due to the perishable nature of the product, returns are strictly limited.

2. Eligible Returns

Returns will only be considered if:

• Product arrives damaged
• Product is spoiled upon arrival (with proof)

Claims must be submitted within 24 hours of delivery.

3. Non-Returnable Situations

We do not accept returns for:

• Change of mind
• Improper storage
• Consumption after expiry

4. Refunds

Approved refunds may be:

• Replacement products, or
• Store credit

5. CPA Alignment

This policy aligns with the Consumer Protection Act, particularly regarding perishable goods.
